What is OrbitShift AI?
OrbitShift AI is a multi-agent AI platform purpose-built for enterprise consultative sales, helping teams automate research and generate deep account intelligence. The platform analyzes financial reports, executive movements, and strategic agendas to identify high-value opportunities that traditional CRMs miss. Its suite includes accountOS, knowledgeOS, and rfpOS, which together automate everything from account planning to complex RFP responses.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Deep hands-on experience with large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Proven expertise in agent frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK, LlamaIndex, or equivalent, with the ability to evaluate and extend these frameworks for production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with the ability to make sound architectural trade-offs.
- Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar) and embedding pipelines for semantic search and retrieval.
- Solid grounding in LLMOps practices including model evaluation, observability, guardrails, A/B testing, and drift detection in production AI systems.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect, or similar) for building reliable agentic pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for OrbitShift's agentic AI platform-defining multi-agent orchestration, reasoning pipelines, memory systems, and tool-use frameworks.
- Write production-quality code and lead end-to-end implementation of complex platform components, from system design and deployment to observability.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, training, and real-time serving, ensuring accuracy, latency, and fault tolerance in AI service integration.
- Evaluate emerging frameworks (e.g., LangChain, ADK, LlamaIndex) and incorporate the right tools into production after rigorous trade-off analysis.
