What is OrbitShift AI?

OrbitShift AI is a multi-agent AI platform purpose-built for enterprise consultative sales, helping teams automate research and generate deep account intelligence. The platform analyzes financial reports, executive movements, and strategic agendas to identify high-value opportunities that traditional CRMs miss. Its suite includes accountOS, knowledgeOS, and rfpOS, which together automate everything from account planning to complex RFP responses.

You'll be a good fit if you have

  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated software testing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) and a scripting language (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
  • Strong experience testing RESTful APIs with an understanding of JSON/XML structures.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira for bug tracking, Git for version control, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that no usability or edge-case bug goes unnoticed.
  • A product mindset that goes beyond checklists to think like an end-user.
  • High ownership and pride in maintaining a zero-bug production environment.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a high-velocity startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Testing: Own the quality of major feature releases by designing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
  • Automation Engineering: Build and maintain automated test suites for web applications (using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) and APIs.
  • Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize fixes based on user impact.
  • API Testing: Validate complex data flows and backend integrations to ensure our intelligence layer remains accurate and performant under load.
  • Release Advocacy: Serve as the final gatekeeper for production by participating in sprint planning and providing a QA perspective on requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in testing processes and implement tools or workflows that increase our confidence-to-ship.
