What is SuperLiving?
SuperLiving is India's first AI-powered lifestyle companion app, designed specifically for the needs of 'Bharat' and Tier 2/3 cities. It offers hyper-personalized guidance on nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental wellness through a 24/7 AI companion and bite-sized vernacular content.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Mastery of frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX, with hands-on experience managing distributed training.
- A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in tuning large models (7B+ parameters) and a deep understanding of LLM internals, evaluation benchmarks, and safety protocols.
- Experience in implementing advanced fine-tuning strategies and parameter-efficient tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with health-specific AI challenges and personalized recommendation systems is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute domain-specific fine-tuning strategies such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and advanced alignment techniques (RLHF, DPO, or PPO) on 7B–30B parameter models for health-specific reasoning.
- Implement parameter-efficient tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA, and other PEFT techniques) to optimize performance while reducing computational footprint.
- Design automated evaluation frameworks that enforce strict health safety standards and uphold the brand voice.
- Build multi-stage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrating vector databases and graph-based retrieval to ground models in personalized user history and verified medical knowledge.
- Develop multi-hop reasoning techniques to seamlessly connect diverse health signals into cohesive, outcome-driven plans.
- Manage large-scale, distributed training across GPU clusters using frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize models for production deployment through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
- Experiment with multimodal integration to process text, images, and structured biometric data simultaneously.
- Design active learning feedback loops that continuously enhance the AI’s personalization capabilities.
