What is Bukuwarung?
Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Extensive experience working with large-scale transaction systems.
- Proven leadership with a minimum of 6 years of team management, delivering high-quality systems quickly and efficiently.
- Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Solid proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of software development fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with multithreading, asynchronous systems, and memory management is a great advantage.
- Experience working with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools like Jenkins and Docker.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of one or multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to define timelines and development phases, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Plan development with the tech team by defining requirements and efficiently distributing work.
- Establish processes that enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in architectural discussions across teams to support seamless integrations.
- Implement mechanisms to continually improve team performance and delivery agility.
