You'll be a good fit if you have
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar technical role.
- Strong full-stack development skills, with specific proficiency in Python and React.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a track record of deploying AI-driven systems.
- The proven ability to take a software project from initial ideation and prototyping independently through to production.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—you are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take full ownership of your outcomes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a talent for balancing the need for speed with long-term technical rigor.
- A strong academic background in Computer Science (or an equivalent field) from a top-tier institution.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role at a growth-stage startup (this is a significant bonus).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a dedicated enterprise customer to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Lead the full engineering lifecycle—from exploratory prototypes to production-ready systems.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps and implement impactful AI systems.
- Rapidly iterate, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed systems to ensure consistent reliability and peak performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI/ML, and Customer teams while maintaining full technical ownership.
- Drive innovation as both a hands-on engineer and a strategic technology partner.
