What is TrueFoundry?
TrueFoundry is a Cloud-Native PaaS that automates the entire ML lifecycle—from model fine-tuning to production serving with GPU optimization. The platform introduces an 'AI Gateway' that provides a centralized control plane for connecting, governing, and observing agentic AI workloads.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Passion for MLOps and cloud-native ecosystems, building infrastructure for reliable machine learning and AI models.
- Expertise in designing high-performance, distributed systems (Python, Go, TypeScript) for high throughput and low latency.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic mindset to eliminate technical debt and improve resilience and observability.
- Ability to serve as a technical lead, guiding engineers, and elevating engineering standards.
- Excellent communication to translate complex issues and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Experience bridging core infrastructure and applied machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the TrueFoundry platform and contribute to its vision and execution.
- Address complex engineering challenges with engineers and ML researchers.
- Design and architect distributed, cloud-native systems for scalability and reliability.
- Act as the technical point-of-contact for enterprise customer needs and escalations.
- Collaborate with the CTO and India-based teams to define system design, architecture, and critical components.
- Lead design and code reviews and major technical initiatives.
- Mentor US-based engineers in building high-quality, scalable systems.
- Address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and resilience improvements.
- Integrate customer feedback and real-world challenges into product and engineering decisions.
