You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proficiency in Go, Python, and MongoDB.
- 5 to 8 years of experience building and operating production-grade backend systems.
- Deep understanding of system design, including reliability, scalability, performance, security, and monitoring.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers.
- A B.Tech from IIT, BITS, NIT, or a comparable top-tier institution.
- Prior startup experience is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation workflows and ML model serving is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable APIs and microservices in Go and Python.
- Design and optimize distributed compute and data pipelines for video processing, transcription, and AI inference.
- Own the performance, reliability, availability, and scalability of backend services supporting over 30,000 teams.
- Drive architectural decisions across system design, database strategy, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain integrations with platforms like Confluence, Notion, and Google Docs.
- Establish engineering best practices including code quality standards, monitoring, and observability.
- Mentor junior backend engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
