You'll be a good fit if you have
- 3+ years of experience with GenAI/LLMs/Deep Learning.
- 2+ years managing teams of 5–10 engineers.
- Strong skills in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in NLP, transformers (e.g., BERT), and GANs.
- Experience in AI/ML systems deployment with MLOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare tech or regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a GenAI/NLP engineering team, focusing on performance and collaboration.
- Define the technical roadmap for healthcare GenAI applications.
- Guide architecture and design for LLM, RAG, and AI systems.
- Manage deployment and cost optimization of AI/ML systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Business teams for impactful solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and ICD-10.
- Cultivate an innovative, high-performance engineering culture.
