- Required Experience: 7 - 12 years with a proven track record of P&L ownership and scaling consumer-facing products or high-volume services marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L & Unit Economic Ownership : Drive the business toward contribution profitability, managing the entire financial health from customer acquisition to lifetime value optimization.
- Two-Sided Marketplace Orchestration : Design and manage the dynamics between high-intent consumers and a specialized supply of human experts by setting recruitment, onboarding, and retention standards.
- Product & Monetization Strategy : Define the roadmap for a conversation-led user experience, owning the conversion funnel from free discovery to paid engagement and high-frequency repeat usage.
- Growth & Multi-Channel Acquisition : Lead initiatives across paid performance marketing, organic SEO, lifecycle loops, and internal cross-distribution channels to maintain a steady flow of demand.
- AI-Native Operations & Trust : Architect AI-human hybrid systems to enhance expert efficiency and platform margins while overseeing quality monitoring and trust & safety systems.
