What is Chronicle?
Chronicle is a modern presentation platform that uses 'pre-designed blocks' to automate professional information design. The tool allows teams to transform raw notes or documents into interactive, client-ready decks in under 15 minutes.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proven expertise in SaaS support or customer success for 2-4 years, ideally with a product-led growth (PLG) product like Notion, Canva, Figma, or Loom.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft support emails that reflect our high standards.
- A deep understanding of the product-feedback loop and a genuine commitment to enhancing user experience.
- Experience working in the first or second support hire role at an Indian SaaS startup or within the India CS team of a global PLG product.
- Bonus: Adjacent skills such as technical writing or product education will be valued (up to 20% of submissions may be out-of-profile candidates with these skills).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user queries within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
- Maintain and update a structured feedback database to capture user insights effectively.
- Proactively engage with users to help them get more value from the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay user feedback and enhance the overall experience.
- Document support processes and share insights to drive improvements across the organization.
