What is Von by Rattle?
Von by Rattle is the world’s first autonomous AI Agent for Revenue Operations, built by the team at Rattle to handle the complex work inside CRMs. Unlike standard automation, Von by Rattle reasons through RevOps tickets, updates Salesforce/HubSpot, and coordinates with stakeholders across Slack and email. It functions as a digital teammate that manages data hygiene, sales handoffs, and process enforcement without manual intervention.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS services, including EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, and VPC.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Deep experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise SaaS requirements.
- A strong focus on reliability, including SLAs, monitoring, incident management, and post-mortem analysis.
- The ability to thrive in early-stage environments and build systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire infrastructure lifecycle - from CI/CD pipelines to production reliability, ensuring scalability without compromising stability.
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS to support our fast-growing AI product.
- Build internal tools and self-service infrastructure to enhance engineering workflows and developer experience.
- Lead the implementation of logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Drive best practices for security, data protection, and compliance, including SOC 2 readiness.
- Continuously optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define infrastructure standards, deployment processes, and incident response playbooks.
