You'll be a good fit if you have
- Performance marketing expertise with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to test 10+ creatives per week.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for enhancing workflow and marketing output.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and using analytics tools.
- Proven ownership and speed in executing bold marketing experiments that drive outcomes.
- 0–3 years of practical experience, where direct ad spend and rapid experimentation are part of your journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Rapidly test, iterate, and refine ad creatives—leveraging a strong instinct for hooks, messaging, and visual appeal.
- Manage budgets efficiently, quickly identifying winning strategies while cutting underperformers.
- Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, MCP, etc.) to enhance copywriting, ideation, analysis, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and founders to iterate on growth strategies and ensure scalable user acquisition.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPI, CPC, CAC, etc.) to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Maintain a high bias for action, operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
