- Excellent communication skills – highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of concise writing.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Product Operations, BizOps, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
- Bonus: Experience in high-growth marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or early-stage startups where speed is the primary competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hiring pipelines, ensuring a seamless flow of candidates through the system.
- Coordinate between product, engineering, and client-facing teams to support new feature rollouts and scale operations.
- Develop and maintain the "Source of Truth" by building SOPs, internal documentation, and execution playbooks.
- Deep-dive into hiring data to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with product teams on solutions that enhance hiring speed and candidate quality.
- Own dashboards that track role onboarding, interview execution, and offer outcomes to drive better business decisions.
- Ensure relentless follow-through and clear handoffs between teams, aligning every stakeholder from recruiter to hiring manager.
