What is Bukuwarung?
Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Extensive experience in backend development with a minimum of 4 years coding in Java and related frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, object-oriented design, and systems architecture.
- Proficiency in managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Ability to design technology stacks for large and complex systems using modern tools like Kafka, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with multithreading, asynchronous systems, and memory management.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools including Jenkins and Docker.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss and design both high-level and low-level architecture of the payment system.
- Solve current challenges in payments to ensure zero downtime and optimal user experience.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Define metrics and implement diagnostic and performance monitoring code.
- Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases of project delivery.
- Work with web services standards and related technologies including HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, and REST.
- Utilize frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices for robust development.
- Conduct coding and code reviews for various modules and services.
- Engage in architectural discussions across teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Document technical aspects of the system for team reference.
