You'll be a good fit if you have
- 2-6 years of experience building production web applications
- Strong AI-native development practices
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Backend experience with Go, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with at real-time applications (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
- Complex state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- RESTful or GraphQL API development
- Interest in human-AI interaction design
Key Responsibilities
- Human-Agent Interface Development – Build sophisticated React components and state management logic for multi-step workflows that enable real-time collaboration between humans and AI.
- Interactive Workflow Engineering – Implement interrupt-and-resume backend patterns and UI components that display agent reasoning, allowing humans to provide feedback or overrides.
- Real-Time Data Streaming – Develop streaming UI updates and WebSockets/SSE integrations to handle live outputs from agentic operations.
- Platform Integration – Connect frontend interfaces with Temporal-based workflow engines to ensure stateful, durable execution across the full stack.
- Audit & Governance – Implement contextual audit logging to capture all human-in-the-loop actions, maintaining the high compliance standards required for bank-grade operations.
