You'll be a good fit if you have
- 0–3 years of experience, or a high-agency background in non-traditional PM/tech roles.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, chat data analysis, or rapid prototyping.
- A strong passion for consumer products and exceptional user experience.
- Proactive problem-solver who can independently drive solution testing and innovation.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze chat logs and user data to pinpoint friction points in hiring journeys.
- Rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions with a focus on leveraging LLMs and no/low-code tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to productionize innovative ideas.
- Design engaging conversation flows and UX elements that define user interactions with Tal.
- Take high ownership by independently identifying problems and testing effective solutions.
