What is Bukuwarung?
Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong analytical abilities with hands-on expertise in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio or Mixpanel).
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, derive insights, and drive execution independently.
- A balanced approach to strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, product, commercial, and data teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital commerce is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are measurable.
- Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to support business decisions by performing data-driven analyses using SQL and visualization tools.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market plans.
- Shape pricing and commercial strategies, monitor financial performance, and ensure channel alignment.
- Drive improvements in data infrastructure and reporting by building standardized templates and dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage partner relationships and integrate partner activities into broader business initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders from Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partnerships to ensure robust governance, transparent communication, and efficient project execution.
