You'll be a good fit if you have
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in app-based consumer internet companies in India focused on installs, retention, and subscriber growth
- Expert-level management of UAC, AAA (Meta Automated App Ads), and ASA (Apple Search Ads) campaigns with a proven track record in building and optimization
- Deep understanding of app ML campaign mechanics including Smart Bidding, signal learning windows, audience expansion, value-based bidding, and tROAS
- Extensive practical experience with Adjust (attribution, event configuration, cohort reporting, fraud filtering) and Firebase (event instrumentation, funnel analysis, BigQuery integration)
- Proven record in designing and executing incrementality testing to measure and report causal lift effects
- AI-first operator mindset—proficient in using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and enhance team performance
- Comfortable working from our Mumbai office and driving data-focused decisions in ambiguous, complex environments
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale UAC (Google Universal App Campaigns) across Android, managing the quality-scale-cost triad with precision
- Run AAA (Meta Automated App Ads) campaigns at scale by optimizing ML-driven delivery, creative signals, and audience strategies
- Own ASA (Apple Search Ads) through tailored keyword strategies, CPP testing, and bid management to ensure high-intent iOS discovery
- Design and execute incrementality testing, including holdout experiments, measuring true causal impact and isolating ML-driven growth
- Oversee Firebase and Adjust instrumentation by defining event taxonomy, configuring SDKs, setting up MMP attribution windows, and conducting cohort analysis
- Develop and maintain signal quality infrastructure to ensure high-fidelity post-install events that train ML bidding models effectively
- Drive region-level install and activation targets across key Indian geographies with the right gender mix
- Build and lead a high-performance growth team, setting the bar for analytical rigour, ownership culture, and hands-on execution
