What is Bukuwarung?
Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Deep understanding of KYC/KYB processes, fraud detection systems, and risk scoring models.
- Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in risk, fraud, compliance, or trust & safety.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Technical depth with comfort working with APIs, understanding system architecture, and collaborating with engineers on complex problems.
- Proven experience navigating regulatory requirements with financial regulators (e.g., OJK, BI, or similar).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Risk, Trust & Safety product roadmap by defining, planning, and executing key initiatives.
- Build and enhance fraud prevention systems to protect our merchants and business while minimizing friction.
- Ensure that all products comply with local regulatory requirements and standards.
- Design risk controls that balance the need for security with a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams to ship effective risk products.
- Define and track success metrics including fraud rate, KYC turnaround time, false positive rate, and compliance audit readiness.
