What is TrueFoundry?
TrueFoundry is a Cloud-Native PaaS that automates the entire ML lifecycle—from model fine-tuning to production serving with GPU optimization. The platform introduces an 'AI Gateway' that provides a centralized control plane for connecting, governing, and observing agentic AI workloads.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- A solid engineering background to grasp building scalable, cloud-native ML infrastructure.
- Experience or familiarity with managing and evaluating LLM-powered agents.
- Empathy for developers, simplifying complex MLOps workflows into effective products.
- Proven success in managing technical product areas from ideation to launch.
- Ability to link business strategy with technical execution and make informed prioritization decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams on product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Agentic Ops component with features like agent/catalogs, LLM tracing, evaluations, and observability.
- Conduct extensive user research to adjust product requirements.
- Work with design to create UX flows for UI and API layers.
- Partner with engineering for timely product delivery aligned with vision and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption and improvement.
- Define metrics to assess engagement and retention impact.
