You'll be a good fit if you have
- A knack for designing scalable and maintainable backend systems.
- 2-6 years of experience and a solid grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Expertise in building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services at scale.
- Proficiency in database technologies and an understanding of cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and effective communication.
- A high level of ownership and enjoy leading projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex backend features end-to-end—from understanding requirements to deployment.
- Architect clean, modular, and scalable system components while refactoring critical backend modules to boost performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices through high-quality code reviews and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and frontend teams to ensure seamless execution and provide technical clarity during planning and solutioning.
- Diagnose system bottlenecks, address large-scale issues, and optimize backend performance while ensuring robust security standards and data integrity.
