What is Zoop?
Zoop is India’s first interactive video bazaar, bridging the gap between discovery and delight through live commerce. The platform turns smartphones into interactive storefronts, allowing sellers to livestream and engage directly with consumers.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with computer vision (CV) and/or natural language processing (NLP) applications.
- Demonstrated capability in deploying and scaling real-time inference models and MLOps on cloud infrastructures like AWS or GCP.
- Advanced understanding of agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, and context engineering.
- A product-first mindset with a keen focus on user-facing metrics and business outcomes.
- Early-stage agility and comfort working autonomously in a small, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale production AI sub-agents for automated cataloging, thumbnail generation, and real-time in-live assistants.
- Develop computer vision pipelines for product detection, engagement signal monitoring, and automated clip extraction from live streams.
- Design and fine-tune language models that understand complex product catalogs, seller context, and buyer intent with persistent memory.
- Engineer persistent memory, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and planning infrastructure to support long-horizon agentic workflows.
- Own the entire production lifecycle—taking features from notebook to production, establishing evaluation frameworks, and ensuring robust performance under real-world constraints.
