You'll be a good fit if you have
- Exceptional end-to-end product design ability—from concept through to wireframing, specifications, and final delivery.
- A design approach that is both strong and opinionated, with every decision firmly defended by rationale and data.
- Proven experience in designing for a technical or data-savvy audience, particularly in environments involving revenue operations.
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics, CRM workflows, and revenue operations.
- Systems thinking: expertise in balancing consistency with flexibility at scale and driving design system adoption, even within small engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product design, transforming concepts into polished, production-ready designs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, including tokens, components, and documentation that engineers can seamlessly adopt.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable user interfaces trusted by non-technical users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue leaders, operations teams, and sales managers, to iteratively refine product experiences.
- Critically evaluate and enhance product experiences, leveraging your in-depth understanding of CRM workflows, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection flows.
