- AI-powered execution: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier to accelerate research, personalize outreach, and maintain high pipeline velocity.
- Relationship building: Become a trusted advisor to founders and talent heads, turning first hires into repeat business.
- Process & metrics: Maintain a meticulous CRM, track CAC/LTV, and refine playbooks.
- Voice of customer: Funnel feedback to product and growth teams to shape new features and GTM bets.
