Waterlabs AI is a leading 'Agentic AI' healthcare platform specializing in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation. The platform utilizes patented AI bots and NLP to automate claims processing, denial management, and payer communication without compromising sensitive patient data.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in Django.
- Proficiency with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and relational SQL databases.
- Proven experience with full-stack development in production environments (5–7 years).
- Familiarity with AI integrations, including LLM APIs and agent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build end-to-end features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Python/Django).
- Integrate AI capabilities—including LLM APIs, agents, and RAG pipelines—into production web applications.
- Design and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, along with MongoDB and relational SQL schemas.
- Implement performance optimizations, enforce security best practices, and develop scalable deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deliver clean, intuitive UIs that expose advanced AI features.
- Lead sprint deliverables, review code, and drive architecture discussions.
