- Strong Product Management experience in B2C/consumer-facing products, especially in growth-stage startups with a focus on user acquisition and onboarding.
- Deep expertise in building product-led growth (PLG) engines and scalable referral loops.
- Proven ability to optimize unit economics and manage CAC to LTV outcomes.
- Strong understanding of performance-led marketing integration with product funnels.
- Expertise in data analytics, user segmentation, and designing high-converting onboarding journeys.
- A collaborative leader with experience mentoring and managing high-performing Product Managers.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech product development and scaling, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creating products for a young, digitally native audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching user acquisition strategy through a product lens, driving sustainable user expansion.
- Architect and optimize the end-to-end onboarding funnel, including KYC and activation, to ensure a frictionless journey for users.
- Collaborate with the data team to segment users and personalize onboarding journeys, continuously iterating to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
- Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to align product outcomes with brand identity and performance-led marketing goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, bold experimentation, and high-impact delivery.
