What is Bukuwarung?
Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and a strong command of the Android SDK.
- 4 to 6 years of software development experience with a focus on Android application development.
- Deep understanding of mobile architectures including MVVM and Jetpack.
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as Retrofit, OkHttp, Dagger or Hilt.
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, clean code practices, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
- Own end-to-end feature development from design to production.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Jetpack.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and improve app reliability.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest Android platform changes and adopt modern development practices.
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development processes.
