What is Chronicle?
Chronicle is a modern presentation platform that uses 'pre-designed blocks' to automate professional information design. The tool allows teams to transform raw notes or documents into interactive, client-ready decks in under 15 minutes.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proven expertise in building and scaling community programs, ideally within PLG, SaaS, prosumer products, or similar domains.
- Demonstrated record of launching initiatives (e.g., Ambassador programs) from 0 → 1.
- Strong writing and narrative craft, with the ability to produce clear posts, documents, and playbooks.
- Deep empathy for users combined with the capacity to translate qualitative feedback into structured insights.
- A high-energy, “builder” mentality that thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and is ready to dive into execution alongside the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a vibrant and active community where users share templates, workflows, and creative artifacts.
- Build and scale structured programs such as Ambassador programs, Campus Leaders, and creator ecosystems from the ground up.
- Design and run community rituals, virtual events (e.g., pitch teardowns, design workshops, jam sessions), and other initiatives that energize and engage our users.
- Own the “Voice of Community” by ensuring user feedback is captured, synthesized, and prioritized for product enhancements.
- Launch and manage structured beta cohorts, documenting learnings and consistently sharing feedback with the Product team.
