What is Nimbbl?
Nimbbl is a next-generation payment checkout platform that enables merchants to offer a 1-click checkout experience across multiple payment methods. It focuses on reducing cart abandonment by providing a fast, seamless, and personalized payment interface for Indian consumers.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proficiency in Java and Python
- 2–5 years of professional backend development experience
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and system design fundamentals
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or BitBucket
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment
- A strong ownership mindset and keen attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Python
- Develop robust APIs and services for high-performance applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance and reliability
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Debug production issues and ensure system stability
- Participate in architectural discussions and refine engineering processes
