Key Responsibilities
- Drive community health by ensuring high-quality, helpful content grows while low-quality or harmful content is systematically reduced.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence improvements in feeds, notifications, discovery, and engagement mechanics.
- Act as the primary interface between the platform and its community, addressing feedback, concerns, and feature requests.
- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as AMAs, discussions, campaigns, and events to increase participation and retention.
- Oversee and execute moderation workflows.
- Analyze community behavior, engagement metrics, and content trends to inform growth strategies and product decisions.
