What is OrbitShift AI?

OrbitShift AI is a multi-agent AI platform purpose-built for enterprise consultative sales, helping teams automate research and generate deep account intelligence. The platform analyzes financial reports, executive movements, and strategic agendas to identify high-value opportunities that traditional CRMs miss. Its suite includes accountOS, knowledgeOS, and rfpOS, which together automate everything from account planning to complex RFP responses.

You'll be a good fit if you have

  • 4–7 years of product management experience with a proven ability to own meaningful product areas end-to-end.
  • Prior founding experience (as a founder, co-founder, or early employee) where you built and scaled products from the ground up.
  • Deep curiosity about applied AI, including insights into model performance, latency, accuracy trade-offs, and the practical challenges around AI deployment.
  • Experience working within B2B SaaS environments, particularly in enterprise or mid-market segments with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Problem Space – Identify and articulate the key problem areas to solve by engaging deeply with customers and synthesizing insights from sales, support, and data.
  • Shape the Roadmap – Translate strategic bets into a prioritized roadmap backed by clear rationale, defending decisions with data and first principles.
  • Drive Execution – Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship quality products, write precise PRDs, unblock decisions, and resolve ambiguity in real time.
  • AI Product Thinking – Develop a nuanced understanding of what AI can and cannot do, designing product experiences that are truly useful rather than AI-powered for its own sake.
  • Enterprise GTM Partnership – Work hand-in-hand with sales and customer success to understand enterprise buyer needs, maintain a robust feedback loop, and help shape positioning for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
