What is FamApp?
Formerly FamPay, FamApp is India’s premier neobank designed specifically for teenagers and their families. It features a numberless card and UPI capabilities, allowing minors to spend safely under parental supervision.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong experience in building and scaling production systems.
- A track record of leading features from design to production.
- Expertise in at least one core programming language (Go, Python, Java).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of DSA.
- Proficiency in system design and use of OOP principles.
- A proactive and resilient approach to handling high-stress, high-volume scenarios.
- The ability to work collaboratively and communicate architectural ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Lead the entire lifecycle of a feature from concept through production deployment.
- System Design & Low-Level Design: Create clean, extensible low-level designs using well-defined abstractions and object-oriented principles.
- High-Performance Engineering: Tackle complex problems with advanced data structures and algorithms, while writing maintainable, testable code at speed and accuracy.
- System Evolution & Reliability: Perform root-cause analysis on production issues and refactor existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and correctness.
- Technical Collaboration: Enhance engineering quality by actively participating in design reviews and conducting rigorous code reviews.
