Bukuwarung is an all-in-one financial app that helps Indonesian MSMEs digitize their bookkeeping and payments. The platform enables small business owners to track sales, manage credit, and accept digital payments seamlessly.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Ability to build and manage company-wide planning frameworks (e.g., OKR/OGSM) and robust feedback loops.
- Expertise in designing documentation and knowledge systems that accelerate data flow and context-building for AI agents.
- 5–9 years in a Founder’s Office, Strategy, or BizOps role in a fast-paced tech startup or top-tier management consulting.
- Elite written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to harmonize diverse viewpoints and drive consensus across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the company-wide cadence, including multi-year strategy sessions, bi-annual planning, and rigorous monthly reviews to drive high-velocity decision-making.
- Build and refine the "context layer"—a structured information architecture that supports both human leaders and AI agents.
- Drive the transition to an AI-first culture by conceptualizing and deploying agent frameworks to automate workflows and implement first-principles problem solving.
- Act as the central owner for mission-critical projects, managing cross-functional interdependencies and unblocking leadership teams to meet committed deadlines.
- Collaborate with the CEO on high-stakes leadership hiring and organizational design, nurturing a culture of high intent, rapid feedback, and elite performance.
