Key Responsibilities
- Durable Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain core execution components using Temporal to ensure AI agents perform reliably during long-running operations.
- Stateful Workflow Engineering: Implement and optimize stateful workflow activities that manage complex, multi-step AI tasks across distributed systems.
- Observability & Agent Tracing: Develop deep integrations with tools like Langfuse and Arize Phoenix to provide comprehensive tracing and monitoring for agentic workflows.
- Resilient Backend Development: Write high-quality, well-tested code in Go and Python, ensuring the platform meets rigorous security standards.
- Architectural Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers on system design decisions and participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform integrity and manage incident response.
