What is Von by Rattle?
Von by Rattle is the world’s first autonomous AI Agent for Revenue Operations, built by the team at Rattle to handle the complex work inside CRMs. Unlike standard automation, Von by Rattle reasons through RevOps tickets, updates Salesforce/HubSpot, and coordinates with stakeholders across Slack and email. It functions as a digital teammate that manages data hygiene, sales handoffs, and process enforcement without manual intervention.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in Node.js or TypeScript
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2–3 years working on AI/ML-powered systems
- Hands-on experience building LLM-integrated systems (RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, fine-tuning workflows)
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, and embedding models
- Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, or similar), and both relational and non-relational databases
Key Responsibilities
- Own AI backend systems by building and managing end-to-end workflows - from data ingestion to model serving
- Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and services for processing real-time CRM and revenue data
- Collaborate with ML teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize models for reliable, low-latency inference
- Engineer robust data pipelines integrating data from sources such as Salesforce, Gong, email, and calendars
- Contribute to backend architecture decisions to support enterprise-scale data and high-throughput systems
- Work cross-functionally with product, ML, and engineering teams on system design, feasibility, and rapid prototyping
