Trending @Infosys; Zscaler firewall blocking plugin download

I am working with terraform and when it tries to download newrelic provider (plugin) from GitHub it fails with ‘403 Forbidden’ ERROR.

Does anyone know how to get exception on this. I have my colleagues for whom it works flawlessly. Will a custom zscaler policy help? Any help is appreciated, thanks
