There is nothing to solve, TCS laptops when connected to lan doesn’t require private access because you are already in TCS private network. If you disconnect lan and connect hotspot you can connect to zscaler again as it is a personal connection. In order get access to apps like the mail and other TCS applications like ultimatix use TCS proxy.

So while also using tcs wifi you don't need zscalar connection
