Zs associates ADS associate role.

I have done masters and I have 8 months of exp. I have cleared all rounds and hr mentioned i will get offer letter soon.

My current organization has a 90 day notice period and does zs accept a 90 day notice period ?

Current ctc 12 lpa Zs associate is providing around 18 lpa

Should I consider this offer ?

Yes ....my friend switched to zs from cognizant.....he served 90 days and has joined zs in February

  1. Notice Period: ZS usually accepts 90 days (confirm with HR in writing).
  2. Salary Hike: 50% jump (₹12L → ₹18L) is strong for 8 months’ experience.
  3. Role Fit: ADS at ZS = good exit opp for consulting/analytics.

Verify: Ask HR about:

Project type (client-facing/internal?),

Growth path (promotion cycles).
