Zoho HR not picking up the call

Hi Gviners, got a call from Zoho Hr yesterday but i couldn't pick it up then and there so I called them back in just 5 minutes, BUT they're not attending my call. Is this how they operate? Is it like they want us to be available whenever they call us without prior notice and try to avoid the candidate when not picked up?

PS: Called them back 3times and even sent a text on WhatsApp. But no answer
