I am interviewing for Amazon currently. Is it worth switching from Zoho to Amazon?

It seems like there is a lot of PIP culture, extensive on-calls, and hectic stress. Need suggestions?

Amazon offers a base salary of 19.17L + 6.47L signing bonus (year 1) + 5.18L signing bonus (year 2) + RSUs valued at 4 * 15.56L.

Work hard and try for another company.
