Zero quarterly payment

I moved into the night shift from the month of May where my manager and client agreed for WFH as it was night shift . After 2 months down the line my manager started saying I need to report to the office to which I restrained as I joined the project for WFH in case of night shift. Now since 20 days while reaching the quarter end, he started telling me either provide sufficient docs for WFH or I need to visit the office due to which I'm non compliant for WFO now and lost quarterly variables.
