Zero Hike in HCLTech

I just received a mail about my compensation letter and thought eh, it’ll be a 4-5% hike as usual. But I get a mail with “your annual compensation remains the same”. FYI my rating was 9/10. Also this company is HCLTech, so kindly if anyone has offer from this place, just tear the letter and open a tea stall as you’ll get less tortured and great money !! ( and leave India if you have the money )
