Zero hike for the second year on E4.1, 100% billable on high USD per hour rate. Any thoughts / suggestions?

Of course 'they' will loot the coffers in name of bonuses amongst themselves. What can an employee do?

Nothing much and employee can do except resigning. Same here no hike from 3 years, E3.1
