Trending @Accenture; Zero hike and variable pay even when in full time project

I have been at the Cl11 support project for the last 2 years but received positive feedback from clients working at my best and still got 0 hike and 0 variable pay. I have not been on the bench for the last 2 years and not on PIP also .Do my efforts go in vain in this company always

Ye chutiya company hai bhai, everything depends on the project and DU, some projects given 10-12% hike with minimal work and some projects didn't even give 12% VP after doing so much. Isse accha cognizant hai, deta hai to sabko deta hai 4% and nehi deta hai to kisiko nehi deta
