Zepto is conducting fake hiring which is a tactic to pull internal info
Zepto guys are interviewing people from amazon, flipkart, Meesho etc. They have too much dependency on groceries. They are desperate to launch new categories. Hence they want information regarding certain categories and it's launch plan. Instead of doing real work they are trying to interview category guys from popular marketplace to get all information relavant to them. This is so cheap as people are utilised for information. After the interview is done immediately you get rejection mail. Please be careful

Zepto is a shit company. Cleared all 4 rounds. They ghosted me after that.
The only way people can safeguard themselves if they want to is not to share too much information about the current project or any insider information saying it's confidential and can give a gist of the important part. Like other people have commented, it's a common practice but it's unfortunate if they are doing it on a large scale for multiple days. The job market is already tough as it is, this fake hiring gives a high hope only for people to get demotivated at the end
