Zensar vs Odessa – Need Advice

Hi all, I’m currently evaluating two opportunities and would appreciate some guidance. Zensar – Service-based, currently aligned to MMC project (allocation ongoing, client onboarding pending). Hybrid model. Odessa – Product-based company, Azure/Cloud role, 5 days WFO, fixed shift-based support. My background is in Azure Infra / DevOps (8+ years). I’m trying to understand long-term stability, learning curve, work pressure, and growth opportunities in both setups. From a career perspective, which would be better in the long run — service-based exposure or product-based depth? Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has worked in either of these environments. Thanks in advance.
