Zensar offer letter

Hi all,

I’m evaluating an offer from Zensar Technologies and would appreciate honest inputs from people who have worked there or are currently working there.

Offer details:

• Role: Cloud / Platform Engineer (Azure)
• CTC: 29 LPA
• Location: Bangalore
• Work model: Hybrid
• Experience: 8+ years (Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, AKS, Cloud Ops)

I’ve mostly worked in large MNCs (IBM, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infosys), so this will be my first move to a mid-size organization.

Looking for feedback on:

• Project stability and bench situation
• Learning and growth for Cloud/Platform roles
• Work culture and work–life balance
• Long-term sustainability at Zensar
