Zensar MMC Project limbo - Need advice!

Hey everyone,

I recently joined Zensar and got put on an MMC project. My allocation's been stretched to the end of the month, but I'm still waiting on client onboarding and credentials. PMO told me to talk to the Pool Manager, who's telling me to check in with the Project Manager for updates.

I'm wondering:

• How long does MMC client onboarding usually take?
• If the allocation wraps up before I'm onboarded, what usually happens then?

Any insights from people who've been through this would be super helpful!
