Your views on Dumb ppl in TCS
I can understand that layoff is really bad for anyone and it impacts a lot for an individual. But on the other side we all should understand that thr r lot of ppl in tcs just passing time in office without any work being done. For Ex. I have seen a gal in our open odc and got to know that she belongs to HR and I haven’t seen a single time seeing her working as she sits beside me. She keeps laptop on throughout the day and keeps watching videos in mobile throughout. I notice this whenever her mobile rings so loudly disturbing everyone around. On other side I have many ppl working sincerely. So let me know your views on both. FYI. I am also a technical worker and not a HR/RMG.

I feel such ppl r thr in other depts as well. HR is one example.
HR in tcs don’t do anything. They don’t respond to emails or pick up calls. My wife when she resigned from tcs had to run around here and there for some approvals because of a lazy HR.
This is the case in every other service based company not just TSC
