Your thoughts on planning a family

At what age did you planned for a family (,kids) do you regret if it was planned >30+ years

Or before hitting the 30 Was it a wise decision or have you ever thought of having a family before 30

When you're 30 or 30+ your kid is already 12 or 13 years old or may be mich older too

Cuz I sometimes feel I would have got kids at my twenties so that now there are teenage Here I'm 36+ with 3 year old and 3 months old baby struggle to keep the balance

I always used to think every age is right for family planning but I was wrong. For men it should be by 30 n women by 28. This avoids lots of pregnancy complication, Health complication during pregnancy, quick body recovery post partum, u get leaves comparatively easily, financial planning is on spot. Also children brings lots of happiness n gives complete feeling.

Planned at 31. At 32 baby was born. Regret it.
Had pregnancy complication, less enern stamina, more office work. Also realized I won't b active like my parents when my baby grows up n tries to settle in life.
